May Day Press Keepsakes, Whimsies, & Etc.

While my show was up at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art I came to sit in my gallery and they hosted premier of Craft in America's "Nature" episode for which I was interviewed. Each time I was present at the museum I brought letterpress keepsakes - or else allowed patrons to print their own on a table top platen press I brought in. Here are four of the keepsakes.

The Descent of Inanna: In Celebration of Darkness   A poem, a pressure print, a keepsake printed for Art, Culture, & Education, a program at the Evergreen State College, Winter 2011.

Venus
Printed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Plants & Planets, a monthly presentation by Rosie Finn and Carol Trasatto at Traditions in downtown Olympia.
